Mock Interview
In-Class Interview Reflection
During one of our classes this semester, Kyla Hennessey was our guest speaker. She gave us a very informative presentation on interview skills, where I learned a lot of key information that I had never even considered. Then, shortly after, it was my turn to go first (!!) and do a mock interview. I had read over the "job description" on Moodle the night before, but I was feeling quite unprepared as I had just been presented with completely new material on interview techniques. As shaky as I felt, I knew that the only way to learn was to try, and make mistakes. I am very glad I did, because it was a very memorable learning experience!
Attached, you will find my self-evaluation. I found it hard to evaluate myself based on something that I did on the fly, but I believe my self-evaluation is true to how I felt about the experience.
